PokerStreamClipper by GeelAI
Find the hands.
Make the highlights.
Turn a long poker broadcast into hands you can find, review, and share.
PokerStreamClipper is GeelAI's main product, built by Luke Geel for players, poker creators, and stream production teams.
Use the hosted app in your browser to work with supported streams and prepare clips for your next highlight video.

From a full stream to a useful clip
- Choose a stream and session. Start with footage available in the library or arrange processing for a stream you own or have permission to use.
- Find the hands that matter. Look for a player or large pots, then preview the results.
- Review and export. Check the hand boundaries and detected details before using the clips in a compilation or your editing workflow.
Built around poker broadcasts
PokerStreamClipper uses the information visible in a broadcast overlay, including player names, cards, and pot amounts.
Each supported stream has a profile for its layout.
The updated Garage Game workflow also uses the on-screen hand counter to improve individual hand boundaries.
Supported profiles include Garage Game Live, Jamul, Lucky Lady, Bally Poker Live, The Lodge, Hippodrome, and WSOP.
A supported profile does not mean every past session is already available, and a changed broadcast overlay can require a profile update.
For players and production teams
- Players: find appearances and save hands for later review.
- Creators: assemble the moments you want to discuss or share.
- Broadcasters: explore a searchable archive and a repeatable workflow for making highlights from your own footage.
What to expect
Do I need a desktop application?
No desktop installation is required for the hosted workflow.
Video downloads follow your browser's download settings.
Are the detected names, cards, and hand boundaries always correct?
No.
Broadcast graphics, camera cuts, and recognition errors can affect the results, so preview clips and check the details before publishing.
Can I publish clips from any livestream?
Use footage you own or have permission to edit and publish.
Access to a stream in the tool does not grant rights to republish its footage.
Does it automatically create and publish YouTube Shorts?
A Shorts workflow is planned.
Automatic vertical editing and social publishing are not currently offered as finished features.
Can my stream team try it?
Contact Luke about a creator pilot with your stream name, typical broadcast length, and the kind of clips you need.
How the project started
In my July 2026 PokerOrg column, I introduced the clipper after wanting an easier way to collect my own Garage Game hands.
GeelAI also houses my poker technology writing and my separate experimental poker tells project.
Coverage of that research is collected on the press page.
