What This Site Is

GeelAI is a poker technology site that hosts PokerStreamClipper and Luke Geel's writing about poker AI, poker stream technology, computer vision, OCR, solvers, bots, RTA, wearable devices, and poker security.

Information You Provide

If you contact Luke by email, the information you send is used to read and respond to that message. If you use PokerStreamClipper, you may provide poker video files, livestream URLs, player names, timestamps, or stream profile settings as part of the clipping workflow.

How Tool Data Is Used

PokerStreamClipper data is used to perform the requested workflow: locating poker hands, reading stream graphics, recognizing cards or player names, generating metadata, and packaging clips. Do not submit private, confidential, or sensitive video unless you are comfortable using it with the tool.

Operational Measurements

The hosted tool records limited operational events such as job starts, successful or failed completion, result downloads, and failures to load the stream or video inventory. These events are used to measure product reliability and improve the tool. They do not include player names, source video URLs, contact details, browser fingerprints, or request addresses. Operational events are normally retained for 90 days.

Aggregate Usage Counts

To see whether the site is useful, GeelAI counts a few things with its own server, not a third-party analytics service. It counts page views by page path, visits that arrived from a tagged link (only the utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign and utm_content labels), searches by the kind of filter used (for example player, starting hand, pot size or month, never the search words or player names), clip previews, compilation previews, compilation renders, clip, compilation and Short downloads (the count only, never which video), and pilot inquiry drafts.

Only daily totals are stored. There are no cookies, no local storage identifiers, and no fingerprinting, and IP addresses and browser details are never saved. To estimate daily unique visitors, the server briefly combines the IP address and browser string with a random key that exists only in memory and is replaced every day, keeps just the resulting count, and forgets the rest. If your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, the site sends nothing and the server ignores the request. The desktop app does not count usage. Daily totals are normally kept for about 13 months.

YouTube Uploads

Signed-in members can connect their own YouTube channel to upload a finished Short or compilation from GeelAI. This uses YouTube API Services, and uploading means you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of your data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

When you connect, GeelAI asks Google for permission to upload videos to your channel and to read your channel's name, ID and thumbnail. GeelAI stores that channel information, the access tokens Google issues (never shown in the site and never shared), and a record of each upload you start: the video you chose, the title and privacy setting you entered, its progress, and the resulting YouTube video ID. GeelAI does not read your other videos, comments, analytics or subscribers, and it uploads only when you press Upload for a specific video.

You can disconnect at any time from your account page. Disconnecting revokes GeelAI's access with Google and immediately deletes the stored tokens, channel information and upload records. You can also remove access from your Google account at myaccount.google.com/permissions; GeelAI then deletes the stored data the next time the access is checked. Questions: geelluke@gmail.com.

Feedback Backlog

If you use the feedback form, the category, message, optional rating, page context, and an optional short job reference are stored in a private product backlog. The form does not request contact details. Do not include private or sensitive information in feedback. Closed feedback is normally retained for up to one year, while open items may remain longer so they are not lost before review.
